Rank is based on a composite of win average (AVG), plus-minus per-game (+/-), Elo rating, and weighted league points (L. PTS).
Plus-minus per game (+/-) is the total number of player points scored (PPS) minus the total number of player points allowed (PPA), divided by games played.
Weighted league points (L. PTS) are awarded for winning games in regular season, tournament, and postseason play.
Elo ratings calculate the relative skill level of players in zero-sum games.
